A full new roof in concrete interlocking tile, finished with new lead flashings around the chimney stack. Straightforward job, done properly — correct detailing at the chimney junction is where most flashing failures start, so we take our time there.
Felt Roof Re-Pitch & Warm Roof Upgrade
Old flat roof sections re-pitched and re-boarded, upgraded to a full warm roof specification — new 18mm ply deck, vapour control layer, 150mm PIR insulation, vapour dispersion layer and torch-on cap sheet, finished to the same spec throughout.
Cold Roof to Warm Roof Upgrade
A flat roof extension taken back to a new 18mm ply deck and rebuilt as a proper warm roof — vapour control layer, 150mm PIR insulation, vapour dispersion layer and a torch-on cap sheet above it, insulation sitting entirely above the structural deck.
